I was plugging in an air-filter and the prong must have pushed this GFCI reset button. My Photon was printing, and it rebooted. When it came back up, the LCD was active but the Z-axis would not move.

Vinicius Silva suggested that I reset the eeprom, and told me how. You make a .gcode file from this and print it. I did that, and it worked again. I am not sure if you have to reset your zero again, so I did it to be sure.

Thanks for the add. Just got my Photon for Christmas, my first DLP printer. I have a FDM printer also that I got about six months ago. So pretty knew all around to 3D printing in general.

I finished the Dutch navigation buoy from Grabcad. I downsized it 1/32 scale, as I'm building a 1/32 scale Canadian buoy tender model right now. I'll likely hook some chains to this and attach it to the model's crane.

Printed in 4 parts. Red parts done in Phrozen Nylon and painted with red Model Master acrylic. Lens done in Monocure Clear and painted with gloss clear Model Master.

Frustrating that I see so many areas to clean up in the photo that I can't see with my old eyes when I'm handling the item. I may do another one and see if I can do a better job.

Some of my supports keep breaking from the print and causing them to warp in some spots. Is there something I can do to prevent this other than add more supports?

Hello there! Hope to find some help here. A few hours ago I was trying to update my firmware (the enhanced USB compatibility got me) and suddenly a power gap left the process unfinished. Now my Photon won’t start (no LCD, or noise) and I’m starting to believe it’s bricked for good. Any ideas or tips on what to do?
