Save Pangolin by amaochan @ Thingiverse . All parts reduced to 35% of the original to fill the plate. Shifted every other part sideways to enable support. Clicked nicely together after printing & curing.

Pretty excited about this. Took a print to my jewler friend. We made a rubber vulcanized mold and it worked perfectly. I did some research to see if the heat would deform the print but did not find much. So we decided to try it.

Thought to share a failed print, but I am proud of it as I made it and love the detail to area ratio after printing some large square kind of things.

Not only the holes in the back but a large area of the skirt printed solid, almost like resin got trapped but I believe I know what caused that, the walls were about 1mm thick so it’s understandable they broke in places and some Z issues on the skirt maybe due to suction.

It’d be good to have the plate retract higher after each layer to help drain any resin caught inside.

I just started with my Photon and while I love it, I'm getting skewed prints like a parallelogram and not square. I checked out my machine and the platform rail and lead screw are all leaning forward and not 90 degrees to the base. Is there a way to adjust this so I can get the platform to go straight up and down?

I've seen people ask about monocure flex100 used by itself (100% flex100). It does work well and comes out about 30A to 40A hardness. I would compare it to a stale gummy bear. Settings were .05, 12,1,60,8. I'm sharing because I dont see settings for this material on the spreadsheet.

Hello, I have a photon since saturday.
I have printed several parts directly on the plate, without support structure, all parts are 0.5mm too low the bottom should be 2mm and has only 1.5mm, all other dimensions 0.2mm too big
With support structure at 0 ° and 30 °, the bottom plate has the correct dimension (2mm) all other dimensions are 0.2mm too big

I've already leveled 3 or 4 times.
If I press the home button sinks the plate but the distance is not 0.1mm is that again?
does anyone know the problems?

Printer setting currently out of firmware, I have played the current.
