Hey everyone. I've searched the net for help on this but no luck. I've just started to use monocure clear resin and my first tests all come out with a soft like residue on the surface. I can scratch at the surface with my finger nail and it scrapes up as you can see in the image. Any tips would be great.

The ultimate test: "when small gets tiny" !

One of the reasons i wanted a printer was to make wargame figures.
As a test downloaded some figures from thingiverse, added chains and belts and other stuff.
One came out well, by booth i choose supports of 0.3 milimeters. Seems they were to small.
Anyway, have to change the size from toe to eyes from 28 to 32 milimeters to fit the Raging-Heroes figure size.

I used 0.02 milimeter layer thickness, will resize and then check with 0.01 milimeters.
Over all i'm still astonished how detailed it came out.
Had a hard time to do pictures with my mobil, even i photographed through a magnifying lense.

Can some explain to me why there is some kind of residue stuck to my last print?

I also can't get the models of the plate.. it almost feels like they fused with the buildplate ? I tried a metal spetula and tried to get them of with my hands but nothing worked ??‍♂️ anyone got some tips?

Is there any way to tell how much resin a print will use before I print it?

I'm hearing some grinding sound for about half a second, like the plate is getting stuck on something. It does this only when it's going up, not down (so it's most likely not damaging the screen). This also only happens when it's printing to around 30-50%, after that the sound disappears.
Might need some oiling? Anyone else had a similar issue?
