Excuse the noobie questions but: 1) if the exposure settings are unique to the resin, why don't manufactures have recommended settings on the bottle, and 2) how do I know how much resin to put in the vat (I wouldn't want to not have enough)? I have done FDM for 4 years but still trying to wrap my mind around DLP.

Greetings...
Just got my printer, and printed the lattice cube, no problems at all, stuck to the build plate perfectly...but when I try to print my file, it just makes a scab in the bottom of the resin tray. I have adjusted the Z every time, except after the successful lattice cube print. Still just a scab in the bottom of the build tray. I thought it might be the supports, (I'm using pre-set everything, supplied green resin, at this point), and the auto-support made these tiny little 1-layer thick teets where the supports met the build plate. I manipulated the model several times, but I still get the scab. Also, the base of each support appears to be 'below' the build surface, and all of the Slicer vids I have watched just hit auto-support and are good to go. I can't figure out why my support bases are submerged...what am I missing? Lastly, seems like way more support than necessary...

I have question about Anycubic resin White. Is this normal that this resin after post processing change colour? After printing element is white like snow but after UV curing this resin change colour for beige or pink is not white anymore.
At the bottom of the picture is element after printing before UV curing. At the top is finale element after UV curing.

Had half a bottle of Anycubic skin to use up, still have to clean the support nubs, but all in all pleased with this holo chess pc.

Printing: good. Support removal: disaster. Lost the barrels on both these prints. Any tips or tricks on removing supports other than doing it while the print is soft? I am using model clipper.
