Anycubic Photon Printer Owners 造訪社團

Hi,
I know it's a different printer but I can't find any true reviews of it around online (except the cyborg one), and figured someone here might have experience with one.

It's the Creality3D LD - 001 Desktop DLP 3D Printer.

It's on offer at the moment for £20 more than the photon and not sure which way to go with one.

Thanks in advance.

He guys,

I'm having some troubles with my Photon. The printer just stops after 1% of printing.. the printer stays on but the motor stops. After removing the 1st layer from the buildplate and turning it off and on again it works fine.

What could be causing this stops?

My Photon is waiting on me to pick it up. I even bought extra resin.
What other essentials do I need to buy? Ethanol, clippers for supports, gloves, facemask(?), something to bath my prints in? Anything else to get me going?

Try this test... array your copies in of a file INSIDE your cad program, then export as a single STL, then import to CHITU.. now, take just one part, import to CHITU and copy it the same number of times INSIDE CHITU, now slice both and time it.. the pre-arrayed stl is 3-5 times faster in my tests so far.. strange, must be a software bug when you copy stuff inside CHITU..

Got today my Photon.
As of what i read it was clear for me as a meticulous person to check how flat is flat.
By my means to work with layers of 0,025mm at least the buildplate should have pretty close tolerance to reach this preciseness.

1. The plate who holds the balljoint down to the bed had a gap. Decided when allready here somethings is wrong to take apart the whole thing. Not to mention the balljoint had zero grease on it !

2. Checked the bed with a schublehre, OK flat is not really flat. You can see a gap in the middle of the bed.
How much it is ? I dont know, but sure it's more then a layer-size of 0,025 mm !

3. I searched for a very flat aluminum panel. Painted it black with a permanent marker. On this i can move the buildplate to see exatly where are recessed areas.

4. Buildplate along side with the aluminum plate.
Markings on the aluminum plate and buildplate show clearly it's uneven.

5. Marked with red where are the raised areas.

What now ?
For the moment nothing.
I know the buildplate is not really flat.
I'll do a 1st print and see if this is a issue.
If so then needs to be proffessionally grinded flat.
Of no issue FINE.

Any Idea what might have caused this? Some of the supports didn't print all the way up and as a consequence, some areas are flat/deformed, but the rest of the model and the layers above the failed supports came out just fine. Exposure time too low?

Resin is Monocure Rapid Grey
Settings: 0.05, 14, 1, 80, 8
Temp is around 18-20°C
Model was mostly hollowed out with 2mm walls.

Thanks!

P.S.: I will print the Warhound in multiple parts next time. Just wanted to know what happens if I print it in one go. ?

A "huge" print, with 80mm height, but hollowed 2mm, Support selfmade with Meshmixer, and it turned out very nice, even the little vertical line in the face, for which I don't know the reason.
