I've printed this model a number of times for use in D&D (black bear)

I had upped exposure time from 7s to 11s and ran a couple of successful calibration prints.

There was a lump in the vat that was about 20mm deep - looks like the suction of the FEP was stronger than the inter-layer bind at this point.

Never had to go beyond 11s for solid colours before, but I reckon I'll need to give 12s etc. a try

Hi guys. Do you have any molding experience? I have very nice resin model with Fun To Do castable red. However, I did not get good results when I was casting (lose details). Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

Alright, gave up on trying to make the Anycubic supports work and instead worked with B9 Create for the supports. The turret in particular turned out pretty much exactly as I'd like, still a but of "collateral damage" resin curing around the peg but it's much less than my previous attempt so progress!

My first time printing the hull and it's gonna need some work. The "bottom" is gonna need some model tweaking and extra support but other than that it turned out really nice, wondering if I even need those supports I have set up near the front of the tank? Also had a weird layer near the front of the tank that might be Z-wobble? Gonna have to see if it shows up in other prints as well.

What happens if I have supports below the plane? Are they just ignored?

Those of us that have printed this model, how did you go about supporting it? The flat ceiling makes me want to put some sort of support under it!

Hi everyone, thanks for the add. I just received my Photon this morning and am trying to complete my first print. Unfortunately the test file didn't stick to the build plate. I've leveled it out again this time making the paper a little tighter to see if that helps. I'll let you know how it goes and perhaps ask for some advice if needed.

Fellow members of the Blessed Blue Plate - Let's talk UV curing stations and Ultrasonic Cleaners. I grow weary of scrubbing at my prints with an old toothbrush and IPA and feel the need to mechanise the process. Furthermore the Great British Winter is coming and UV seems a little "light" in supply as we are plunged into almost total darkness for the next 6 months. I've seen various nail curing stations, UV LED strings and so on but what is really working for you? How much wattage are you suing and what durations are working? As for Ultrasonic baths have you any specs for wattage and also internal bath area, I think I'll need more than a litre of area.
