Problem solved. LCD wasn't secure due to modding.
Alright experts. I flipped my lcd and just install the twin upgrade.
I tried printing the calibration file and get this.
The bottom layers sticks and comes out perfect, but the actual details don't stick to the bottom layer. You can see part of it peeling off. Before I try to figure it out myself.
What do you think the problem is? There is a super thin layer of uncured resin between the layers. The base layer is very well cured. The layers that fall off are cured pretty well.
1. Fep tension
2. Leveling issue
3. Fep protective layer? Doubttt it
4. Exposure too low......or too high.
Update1:
I thought about it....I kinda think the base layer is cured so well that it's shrinking and the next layer is too thick and cures well but leaves a thin layer of uncured resin between the layers...this is what I'm guessing. I need to change the base exposure for the calibration file ...if this is the reason....the base layer is so well cured that I can snap it cause it's so hard.
Update2: thanks to two advanced risk taking members the problem was the lcd screen was flexing while printing.
