Arrived just today..level done (correctly I hope). I noticed that the z axis cuts off about 1cm from top.. On most reviews they show it with the build plate all the way up so unsure if it is normal..
Also a bit of screeching when returning plate upwards

It’s about time to replace the IPA in my cleaner I think. I read somewhere that the way to do it was just letting it evaporate outside (was going to leave it in a bowl on my balcony). Is there another way I should do it?

Also it might be time to do the whole ipa in a bag thing I’ve seen suggested here to avoid having to scrub out the ultrasonic cleaner.

Hi everyone, so I just did a print where the part came off the supports completely (my bad) but that's not my issue, when feeling around the film I noticed on the other half of the plate (where no printing should have been done) there was a very thin film of cured resin in no particular shape in the vat. I'd only done one print since cleaning, anyone know what could have caused this?

I had a very bizzare failed print happen while I was at work, any idea what might have caused this? Anycubic photon black resin, 0.025 layer height, 14 second exposure time, printed "standing" off the build plate, with supports under the feet. The other figures turned out mostly fine, with some artifacts at the same layer as this figure started to fail.

Not quite a direct comparison, but close enough - the clear piece is a sample print from a Formlabs Form 2, the yellow from the Photon in Anycubic's clear yellow resin. There's really not much in it, if anything to my eye the Photon print looks better in the flesh.
