Has anybody an idea, why the quality of my printed parts is different depending on the side? The side with no supports is good, the side with supports is very round and inaccurate. Can the problem be caused by wrong exposure time or too less supports?
I have printed with Anycubics Grey Resin, 0,025 mm, 10 sec exposure time.

I bought Wanhao white and clear resin. After 20 prints (with white resin) i still have same problem. It just wont stick to the plate. I realy don't know what to do. Care to give me any suggestions?

So, after recieving my Photon, and printed my first 4 prints succesfully (no problems at all with the printer, I leveled using Flint reads method on youtube).

I am very happy with the Photon, I have never tried 3D printing before, and so far it simply just works.

I only have two questions about resin printing for now..

1. I might be weird, but for some reason I kinda like the smell it makes when printing with anycubic green. But what I really want to know is, how toxic is these fumes really? Im not talking about touch the resin, its just breathing the fumes from being in the same small room with not alot of ventilation, are the fumes i smell actually toxic, or just smell bad for some?

And what about smelling the fumes a few rooms away from the printer, are they toxic when you arent in the same room? (thinking about my family here, children and such)

2. How in the world does one know if you have post cured your resin correct, and not over curing it? Waiting to recieve my UV lamp, so placing in windows with the little nordic sun i get here in Denmark.
But even with a UV lamp, how would one know if 1 hour or 1 minute is best?

If anyone was wondering what happens when you top up your resin with a different colour half way through the print:
Anycubic green topped with Anycubic white. I imagine there would be more risk of defects if mixing brands of resin?
I only did this as I was running low on green, though it did produce an interesting look.

Hey Guys, i was wondering, when i go to give the print an ipa bath, could you use a small toothbrush or something to get into any small crevices just to ensure that the ipa penetrates, and to get the uncured resin out? or will this leave brush marks on the print?

Resin with high strength and some higher heat resistance. Are they useable on the ACP?
Comparable to PLA/ABS?
