Hello, i have purchased A photon, i went ok with included resin , but after it finished i used monocure (it was the only one avaible in my City) and the nightmare started, i was only Able to make the demo cube, included, no luck with my pieces, they dont stick .... i make running medals, so my pieces are 2-4” x 2-4”, first time i used same values that worked with included resin ; second time incresased tickness to .07 , exposure time to 20, but same result, any opinion in how can i fix this thing ????
I see bubbles and not soft straight sticking area(photo attached)
Leveling and cleaning were both correct

Any help ?

Hello guys, Anybody can guide me how to calibrate Photon? My Speaker grill came out 1,7mm thick when it suppossed to be 1,5mm and overall diameter slightly bigger. Printed the file with FDM printer and the dimension is correct. Thanks in advance.

Ordered some translucent green directly from Anycubic and recieved Dental Casteable Green. Can I use this to print miniatures or is it not suited for it?

(Ordered from China so sending it back would be a lot of trouble)

Sticking problems? Adhesion woes? Feeling down with the blues?

Don't be tempted by quick and easy cures! Beware the snake oil salesmen! That way leads to the dark side.

But all is not lost! Through patience and understanding, your troubles will be solved. No blue plates need to be mutilated or sacrificed.

First, check that your build plate is truly leveled. Even if you think it is, check again. And screw down that built plate tight. Almost always, it's simply a matter of getting a correctly leveled build plate and there should no longer be any worries. Did we mention that you should check and relevel again?

The pretty anodized blue plate has millions of micro pores, see the texture magnified 60x, when correctly leveled (and flat, and your fep film is 150Hz right), it will grab onto your print like super glue. You'll be complaining about how difficult it is to remove your pants instead.

So remember, don't sand (unless as a last resort)!

Loving my photon! 4 inch mini for an upcoming DnD film being made! Still needs some sanding then then another coat of primer, then it's on to the art department for painting!
