ok, so have done a few prints now and unsure if im doing something wrong. even after 6 minutes in the ultra sonic cleaner filled with resinaway then in my curing station uv light and the print on a rotating display stand and have that go for about 10 minutes. the print still comes out a little tacky and a little wet and still smelling very strong of resin. What am i doing wrong?

Please help, I've run out of ideas! It started yesterday. The half of the prints are ok, another half of the plate is covered with the base layers only, the rest part of the prints are stuck to the FEP sheet.

I've releveled the build plate several times using different methods ☑️
Turned around the vat ☑️
Shuffled and changed the printed objects ☑️
Printed with different resins ☑️
Set exposure to 12-15 sec ☑️
UV test looks ok ☑️

What else? Missing something? Whatever I do, the prints failed always on the same side :(

While I await for my photon to arrive I've been experimenting with supports. Tried several applications and looking for feedback on my placement. Would printing it flat on its feet be better?
Supports generated with flashprint, model is not hollow (that would be my next step)

unfortunately can't run it through the validator as it has an issue installing on my laptop

:) Ok. I have a issue with support generation with the photon slicer.
I see someone here mentioned he uses B9creator? I can't remember who. but anyway. I downloaded it but kinda lost now. there is no settings for the photon. so how did they use it for the photon?
OR
am i over thinking this.. is there any better software?
I regret buying the formware software.. I still cant work with that right.

➖ Replaced fep with a brand new one ✔️
➖ UV detection test ✔️
➖ re-leveled ✔️
➖ reformatted new 4GB usb flash drive ✔️
➖ Only one, short and simple file name on usb flash drive ✔️
➖ Brand new bottle of Monocure White rapid ✔️
➖ Will use photonsters recommeded settings for monocure white ✔️
➖ will use appropriate orientation and support ✔️
➖ Doing a dry run right now to make sure there are no file errors ✔️

Anything else I missed before doing the actual print? Do you recommend a firmware update? My problems are: Z wobble, memory errors and photon stopping at mid print, peeling, and model sticking to fep.

Hey guys, I recently bought a second Anycubic Photon from amazon when it was on lightning deal and it performs a little different from the one that I already have. The new printer seems to have the fan running really loudly compared to the other one and I’m not sure if that’s normal. Also, the z stepper doesn’t lift as high when transitioning to each layer. It barely lifts several millimeters as opposed to lifting out towards the top of the resin vat. Are these printers from two different generations or something?

Ok, so the weather here is terrible and my UV light will arrive on tuesday. What can happen to my prints if I don't UV/Sunlight cure them right away but let them sit over night after cleaning?
