So, after my photon died (probably the motherboard, because the main screen works, but neither the uv screen, z-axis and fan do anything) I contacted anycubic and the seller to see if they can do anything. Anycubic told me they'll put me in contact with technical support to replace the motherboard.
I was wondering how much time would something like that take, I can't wait to keep trying to print stuff, the last prints failed and I can't be defeated like this

Anyone with experience with the support of Anycubic and what should I expect from them?

Woot! So all setup and a little nervous to print. Hah is the resin that comes with the printer worth using? I did get me some monocure clear and some flex 100 I was going to use (50/50) and start, or is it best to just use the other stuff?

I've been trying to use the validator as I play with supports (thank Nick Williams ). I've added a hole to my watch case, and it seems that no matter how much support I throw at it the part will still show an island near this hole. I really can't / don't want to put supports on the watch face, cleaning it up will be near impossible for me to do perfectly. I've tried different angles, etc. but still no go. Any suggestions?
