First couple prints came out perfect, but now I've been seeing a little warping without changing any settings or general file types. I've cleaned the resin tub and strained the resin a few times, made sure the film looked OK, but started having issues where the supports almost seem like they're melting a bit so the base layers are combining with the base of the minis. I've also tried printing the minis standing up straight and at a 30 degree angle and have seen the warping on both. I'm still using the base AnyCubic Green Resin from the free bottle.

My settings were from the spreadsheet:

AnyCubic Green, 0.02 layer height, 7.5 normal exposure, 1.5 off, 40 bottom exposure, 8 bottom layers.

This look familiar to anyone? Any insight?

So I printed the 3 wise skulls with no problems.
Next print, prints the raft and well attached to the plate but leaves layers on FEP?
Why this problem after a good 15 hour print?
Time to change FEP?

this printer is going into retirement now, my phrozens arrive wednesday. Machine still for sale, 500AUD if you pickup in Sydney, comes with spare FEP and resins.

Alright first I wanna say ive been printing for a very lomg time on fdm printers so I forget how annoying these posts can be so I apologize.

I'm looking for some insight to an issue in my prints. I have lines in my layers of prints going in opposite directions so it rules out bad layers but I am stumped on how to correct this. On the back which scares me it also has lines that I imagine just from looking at it line up with the z-rod. I printed I did not print flat with the base on the bed as i was planning to try and fit multiples on the bed. Any insight would be helpful and appreciated.

Dear all, Anyone had this issue before? It is my second Photon. I just turned it on for the very first time and the touch screen is blank. When I press it beeps and works, although I can’t see anything. I’ve tried to turn it on/off, firmware, with/without usb stick, etc. thanks in advance!
