Hey all, anyone run into an issue where you start a print and the Z stays down at 1% and never comes back up. Im like my 5th print in... :(

got my photon yesterday,completed the lattice print perfect but the photon starts making a squeaking noise at a certain height on the z rod.anyone have any ideas why it does this,and should i be concerned as it did finish the print and can travel the whole length of the z?cheers

Just thinking this might help others. I've had problems with one side of larger prints warping off the platform (especially the area circled) so I decided to sand it. What I found is that it's totally not flat at all..you can see the 2 areas that were much higher that you can't really see it until you sand it. It took me quite a while to sand it all away until it was all uniform bear metal. I just finished a print and now it sticks very well.

Would there be issues if I placed my models this close to the edges of the build plate? I just ran this and some came out OK, but some around the edges were badly warped :/ . This model at the same settings when printed in smaller quantities came out just fine yesterday.

Pushed it to the limit. Should have just slice and diced the model but really wanted to see how high I could go. One side was a little malformed but it turned out well. 11hr print. Really didn’t use that much resin since it was hollow.
