Hey all, just bought some anycubic clear...cant seem to find the exposure settings etc spreadsheet. Im probs being blind but can someone point me in the right direction (had a mini break from printing for work reasons but im back!)

Any quick fixes for a z axis stuck down. Tried to lift it in the tools but it makes a rather loud grinding noise and doesnt lift up.
Z motor broke?
Happened after a print finished, tried to start another and it remained at 1% stuck down. Now wont move.

On the uv detection I am getting a solid recentangle which doesnt match the image on screen. Any ideas? Had 2 failed prints over last day, just checked this and seems odd.
