I am from Brazil, and I bought the PHOTON during my trip in Orlando. I arrived in Brazil, and I am trying to use my ANYCUBIC PHOTON,but the printer is not working. I could realize that the printer is not reading the USB port. I saw the youtube video (Inspect the USB cable on PHOTON), I did the method and the cable is connect correctly e even so is not working. I tried used with 3 pendrives different . All pendrives lock the display menu. There is one pendrive that have red light inside, and when I connect the pen drive into the PHOTON the light start flashing, but when I connect in my computer the light just stay red and the pen drive work perfectly. I am afraid because I am in Brazil, and there isn’t technical assistance and support in Portuguese. This problem is normal? There is a proceeding that I need to do? I really need help.

So it appears that a drop of resin fell on top of the LCD screen on my printer and hardened. How can I get this off without damaging the screen?

I've had my printer churning out tiny prints to put together a "parts bin" for my gaming group to pick from for building and customizing Hot Wheels cars for the game Gaslands. Here is the first one i have put together. I'm not totally happy with the paint yet as i think it still needs more rust and grime ?

What may be causing the first layers to stick to the vat? I put 4 minis to print at the same time. Only one got right. All of them with full support from the slicer...

So far only 1 successful print. Been having issues with support printing fine but no model. I'm guessing it has to do with something I'm doing in the slicer because I tried the sample file after a few failed prints and it came out perfect.

Settings for this one are
Layer Thickness: 0.025
Normal Exposure: 10
Off Time: 6.5
Bottom Exposure: 50
Bottom Layer: 8
