In the last few days I've seen group members with the same issue I had with my printer: random restarts mid print. I've struggled with this for more than a month and tried everything to sort it without success. Since I know how frustrating it is too troubleshoot your printer just for everyone's information the final solution seems to be working. If you search "ref voltage" in the group my post will come up with the solution. All you need is a screwdriver and a multimeter. Could the admins possibly add this as one possible solution to help others? I'm only writing this because after struggling for the first 6 weeks with my printer in the last month I've been printing away with no problems whatsoever. I hope this will help others since I've got so much help in this group.

Just a quick Chiron update, and I will try to make this just an update and not negative :)

All initial reports and reviews of the Chiron were very positive. It has included features that other similar printers (The Creality) only have as user upgrade options. Things like beefier frame, dual z-axis motors, and a 25 point bed leveling process... something all3DP.com was amazed about. It truly seems like the printer that would be setting the standard for all other printers in the same class.

People have been waiting for the release of the Chiron, myself included. Many here have been excited about it as well. It seems Anycubic may be a victim of their own success though. It appears sales have far exceeded anything they anticipated, and right now they can't keep up with shipping dates. Eventually this should settle down and things should become normal, but I say expect some lengthy delays.

A concern I have is quality. I hope they don't start slamming printers together to get units shipped and then have bad units going out. This seemed to have happened with the Photon (again not trying to be negative, rather just stating things). The Photon got great reviews and customers were raving, myself included. Then reports started coming in of Photon's that were basically DOA. It seems the rise in bad units was directly relate-able to the spike in Photon sales. It appears better units are shipping now though.

So as far as the Chiron... it might be better to wait a bit and let inventory build up as well as get some initial reviews of these first units shipped. I sincerely hope all goes well, and this is just growing pains, but there is undeniably a backlog right now, so just keep that in mind.

So I tried being a bit aggressive on my first print, printing 4 Fat Dragon Game Skeletons as they required no supports. While being concerned about resin (I honestly didn't know how much to start with, so I put less in), I paused the print and when the base moved up, two of the four figures are printing, both of them towards the rear of the plate (near the Z screw), while the two closest to the machines face didn't even print at the base. I Figure that the plate might be off level slightly, but unsure. Also I figure there is probably a chunk of resin on the bottom of the vat.

I'm letting the print finish out so at least its not a total loss.

So any help with resin removal and how I can get the base plate correctly installed would be appreciated. Thanks you in advance :)

Anyone put their resin in dispensers like this? Seems like an easy way to store and add resin to the vat?

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have a problems with my Anycubic Photon Software. I want to print a model like you can see in picture 1. After slicing, there is not a single layer in the LCD Preview...
Someone else has this issue?
