Hey guys. Did a successful print yesterday, then tried to put on another print after getting home from work. Checked it when I woke up, and nothing had printed. Tried again, then I noticed that the back piece would kinda get caught on the vat.
Now when I went to record it, again without changing anything, it's making a bigger angrier noise.

Do I need to calibrate it between every print? I wouldn't have thought I'd need to..
Should I just level it again and hope for the best?

M11800 fix, for those that get it as frequently as I do.

Changing memory sticks will help sometimes, sometimes not, and appears to be fairly random, occurs more with larger files 32mb and up. Formatting the stick will not help if you replace the same content again.

Deleting and recopy of the file will not help either if its simply going back into the same place in the filesystem.

On the upside the photon does give a warning that you will heading to trouble, the filename will be in red in the photon window. Put USB back in the PC, create a new folder for that file, move the file into that folder, put it back in the photon, now the filename wont be red anymore, and you wont get an M11800 error on that print.

I guess the photon struggles with files that cross a sector boundary or something, and simply moving them around seems to fix it. Key is to be on the lookout for that red filename.

But I’m more interested in your support clean up. How exactly do you make sure there are no signs of supports after the fact?

They don't have just a clear resin do they also I keep seeing a UV Nail Dryer pop up in Amazon to get with the Photon is it really handy to use compared to the light strips I've seen people using?
