Setting up a curing bucket for my prints! Cost me 40$ for the whole settup! God damn its bright.

New one (to me at least)
Getting a lot of what appears to be overcuring? Extra curing of resin on prints.
Its also leaving a hard solid piece on bottom of vat.
But the prints are normally still good with no loss of detail.

What setting or setup am i stuffing up? Its wasting a lot of extra resin and clean up sucks!

I've noticed a tendency of adhesion issues on the edges and corners of the build platform.

Is this common/known? Is there a fixit?

All the big companies have minimum charges that are huge!.
I have an fdm but the resolution requires sla/dlp

With the occurrence of people overfilling resin recently (causing broken screens), I think it’s important to come to an agreement as to what’s the correct amount of resin in the vat. 1/3rd right? Is there an indicator?

Noob question for those with enough experience to answer. How many miniatures prints can you typically get with a 500ml bottle of resin? I know that it will vary based on the model and supports. Trying to get an estimate of resin price per (28mm) mini print.
