I just had a few questions that I was hoping y'all could help answer:
1. Does the firmware update resolve the half-screen issue?
1a. If not, what other work needs to be done to fix it?
2. Confirmed latest version is on anycubic site, thanks.
3. What's everyone's experience been with anycubic support related to the half screen issue?
4. Anything else that I'm missing?

Last night I ran a print of 5 D&D minis. Strangely, only three of the models printed, the other two were completely missing. (The three turned out great though, pics below). I ran UV light test and saw only half the screen light up. Cycled the power and the screen came up whole again. Searching here, I saw that this is a known issue with the Photon, and that a firmware update was released to help resolve the issue. Just wanted to get some feedback on the questions above, any help would be great. Thanks!

curious to know what process people use to post cure and clean their models. I know IPA bath, uv light and water rinse but I'm mostly wondering about how much time people do in each step. Sometimes My model gets white/cloudy areas on it....which is fine when I'm planning on priming and painting but I wanted to try doing some clear models.

Well, shoot... first couple of prints were great and I just had my first failure. Sorry for the blurry picture, but this is supposed to be the cylinder for a revolver. You can see that it significantly warped during printing. What would have caused this? The support was firmly attached to the build plate. Once it warped, it continued the print normally. I suspect it was the weight of the print and not enough support, but wanted to ask opinions.

PSA: For the best, most consistent results, I use Anycubic Black resin. I have also bought-out the stock of Jordan Anders, so don't even try it! ;)

Hi everyone!
I just got my Photon and I'm using Monocure Rapid Clear resin.

Does anyone have suggestions for slicer settings?

Currently, I have it set to:

Layer thickness: 0.03mm
Normal exposure: 10s
Off time: 6.5s (I saw a Youtube video saying it should always be this....is this true? I've also seen people use 1s here..)
Bottom Exposure: 60s
Bottom Layers: 8

I'm also curious what settings work for you guys if you have different ones. Thanks in advance!

Hello guys. I had a problem where my FEP sheet had a small hole. Resin leaked through and cured on the class. I was able to remove the resin on the glass but it appears there is a small crack in the glass now. have any of you had experience with replacing this glass? thank you.
