I think the first layer exposure time is not enough but the rest?

Hey Guys, Thought I should post my first print as you guy helped so much with the ventilation set up(ordered another fan just to be sure lols). The print is in anycubic green resin, at .02 layer height I think .50 would have been enough. I post more on my instagram www.instagram.com/samarowan if you fancy seeing more sculpt. Cheers Sam

Random question, but does the unit ever just turn off? Can they overheat?

Mine has been running pretty solidly for a few days, hot days at that.... and I just started another print and it just switched off. I've turned it off at the switch and I'm going to leave it for an hour or so...

Successfull infill test no.2

I set this as default parameters:
wall width: 15px (~0.7mm)
pattern size: 100px (~4,7mm; wave length of gyroid)
gyroid tolerance: 0.15 (this is some kind of magic number to me and I do not understand it fully. formula for gyroid is sin(x)*cos(y)+sin(y)*cos(z)+sin(z)*cos(x)=0, this results in width of gyroid walls of 0, I put tolerance as this value should be >0-tolerance and <0+tolerance, 0.15 brings very nice results. wall width is in this case 7px =~0.32mm)

Script counted ~65% saved material (but some loss should be aded for trapped resin)

I cut the object and quickly rinsed it with IPA and then water, inside seems clean of liquids now. Object is very rigid and part was cut of with dull kitchen knife without deforming object.

Hi there,
yesterday I tried to print a object but the Photon did not print some supports I generated within the photon slicer. If you take a look at the baseplate it seems that there was no support ever printed beneath one of the wheels. On the other side support has been printed fine. Do you have any ideas what was going on?
I used monocure rapid blue and took my exposure settings from the google drive resin settings chart.

I want to ask about the method that anycubic stated on youtube to fix z wobble! Does that method really works??? Anyone had any success in eliminating z wobble with that method???
