For those who have done it mid print, do you guys refill your resin during prints by hitting pause, refilling, and resuming? Or do you just pour it in during the print maybe during the off time?

Let's talk about FEP. As it stands it's the one of the most expensive consumables related to the upkeep of an LCD printer. Now I 3d print my own vats and the only FEP film I have experience using is the one I'll link below, it works perfectly and out of the 50 sheets 30ish were clear of any bubbles or defects i felt would effect the print. Considering how inexpensive these are I don't understand why anyone is willing to pay $10 plus per sheet. FEP is nothing special and can be bought in 50f rolls for a couple bills. Thoughts?

Printing Firearms : This is a biggie going around right now. It's legal here in the U.S. to download and print a firearm. Since our printers are small, it is unlikely to be an issue, but I want to say this. No sharing of files for 3D Printing firearms. Facebook has no-firearm rules, and I don't want this group removed because we have the wrong files uploaded. This rule is 100% for the purpose to protect the group from Facebook reprisals for "inappropriate content" that they may decide. There will be other pages/sites to do this on.

I am back from a nice vacation, and have finished some of the improvements that was suggested to the validator.

There is a small bug in the current AnyCubic/ChiTu slicer, so the z height is not set correctly. The validator is now able to correct this.

The validator can now also show some of the layers in 3D, which makes it easier to find and correct islands. The number of layers shown is dependent on the complexity of the model (number of pixels).

Are there any resins that are tough like ABS? For making workable parts like gopro holders etc? TIA.

Please forgive my noobess here. I have searched the forum but can't see a related post. Also google was no help.

I'm trying to determine the economy of resin printing. I want to print d&D miniatures. I'm wanting to know how many average single figure miniature one would get from a 1l resin. Obv's there'd be failures and such, but lets assume a perfect world ;)
