I am absolutely desperate now to find out what causes this. It's been happening since day 1. I have already posted about this.
I have already tried the followings:
Dry run: I haven't managed to generate the same symptoms. I might not have tried enough times.
Printed the test cube (Anycubic suggestion). It had stopped after a few layers.
Tightened the FEP film (Anycubic suggestion): did not help.
Bought an 8A power pack:did not help
I've taken the printer apart checked all connections:all seem fine.
I have tried to shorten the exposure time of the bottom layers down to almost the same as the normal layers:first it seemed to help but then it failed as well as the other solutions.
I am using a very good quality branded usb stick freshly formatted. I make sure that the file name is simple and that there are no other files on the stick.

***
UPDATE I have tried to print with the USB plugged in the main board directly. Did not help.
Also firmware update did not help. (memory error code: M_11800 at 5% then after unplugging and plugging back the usb stick as per error message suggestion when pressed yes the printer switched itself off then back on again to normal boot screen)
***

First I thought it was the resin sticking to the FEP too strongly and the stepper motor struggled to lift the build plate and overloaded the power pack but after I finally managed to take a video of it I have realized that it stops after the build plate sinks in the resin right on the FEP and just before the next layer would appear on the UV display.

Sorry about the long post. I'd be REALLY GRATEFUL for any suggestion.

What could cause the print to wobble during lifting from the fep?

Really happy with the Anycubic Grey so far. My primary use case is parts prototyping for open source hardware and electronics. This is a prototype motor mount for a robotic coffee machine. Settings were .035, 10, 1.5, 90, 8. The logo print had the same settings except for a .025 layer height. Probably overkill on the initial layers but its working so I'll take it. My post-processing game is still pretty weak so I'm getting some minor resin puddles on the top flat layers.

This is kind of cool. Safer, and better than IPA by the looks of it. If you are looking for an IPA alternative, this may be worth looking at.

Please note, I am not advocating for this product. I think it is interesting, and Charlie has been good to us. I don't know if it is worth the price, I leave that for you to decide.

Printed in 1 hour and 43 minutes.

Used auto support

Hi
Anybody know how to calibrate it!
This is original file from their memory stick and is 36mm instead of 35!
Thanks

New R&D tools for the Photon!

- UV Sensors for light distribution tests, VEML6070 and Si1145
- DR8825 + Stepper breakout board for external driver tests
- TCM2130 for really good stepping

So much to learn and try only 24h in a day :(

ran some prints today using fun to do industrial red, 25 micron layer thickness and a 30 second cure time

they came out seriously deformed and soft, to the point of snapping the supports off when removing from the bed

The spreadsheet suggests 10s cure time at 25 micron, is it possible to 'over cure' resin making it soft?
