Anycubic Photon Printer Owners 造訪社團

Hi everyone!
After a few successful first prints in the first week, I've noticed a couple of things and had some issues. The photos are in the same order as the numbers below, please comment on any causes of the issues:
1- The first few prints were sticking to the FEP instead of the platform but managed to get through it and cube, rook are and the 1/2 and 1/4 benchy are looking great, despite no writing in the bottom (any idea why?);
2- Started having some issues with prints not sticking to the platform when trying the 1/1 benchy, some were on the FEP from the beginning of the print, others would just stick to the FEP mid print. Went through the re-leveling a few times, cleaned the FEP, and eventually I landed a benchy (still no writing on the bottom) but I noticed it was separating from the platform;
3- Alongside with the benchy I printed a tall cylinder to test the z-wobble. The base of the cylinder was askew and I don't know what might cause it. You can see a bit of a wobble, can't understand if it is enough to justify a fix, but these two issues seem like they might be related;
4- I've tried to print a baby groot, and one of the arms printed flat until half the model, which is just plain weird;
5- I haven't managed to print with supports yet. Tried a fucktopus (from a prior post here) and it just leaves a big flat semi-goo shape in the FEP
6- Keep in mind that I do have a switch protective glass on top of the LCD while reading this. And while I've been avoiding taking it off, I might just have to... Anyone with experience with these? Also, the range of exposure on the bottom ranged from the 50 to 90s.

Thanks!

Anyone have experience with the original Photon gray resin?

So far i printed 3 28mm miniatures.

0.04/10/6.5/80/8

Pretty solid results, very similar to monocure rapid grey.

Now I started a 0.02/7/6.5/70/8 print.

I am aiming for absolut master quality for my upcoming Kickstarter project.

Hope do you reach a perfect result in detail with the anycubic gray resin?

(In the spread sheet there is no experience so far)

Has anyone made comparisons of the mechanical properties of different resins? And would there happen to be some comparison excel sheet anywhere? Would help in planning supports etc. when trying new resins.

I've now used a few different Anycubic resins and Monocure Rapids. Monocure stuff seems to be far softer than the anycubic resins and even after postcuring for long times I have pieces that are pretty flexible. Downside is that especially for heavier items the supports seem to flex a lot and I need far heavier supports than with Anycubic resins. On the plus side pieces haven't cracked as easily.

One thing that I found interesting is that even though the parts can be fairly flexible I still have had a lot of cracks forming in my prints that have been done with Monocure Rapid. Seems to have a lot more shrinkage during final curing if it causes that. And it's not like I've printed massive chunks either as small 6mm tanks have had these issues. For example this tank has been cracking when printed as solid. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2784514 With Anycubic I've done prints with tens of times the volume without issue.

So I've been working with Mia in Anycubic customer support about my nasty Z Wobble issues.

So far she's sent me 3 different "DIY/Troubleshooting" videos and directions like "Loosen these screws" or "take the rod out and put it back in"...

Most recently she said to tell her what parts were wrong and she'd send new parts. I told her I didn't know, but if she sends parts and it doesn't fix the issue, will she send a replacement unit? I got no answer...

Today I got an email saying she has resigned, and to email the new guy Dylan to start the process all over again...

I am rapidly losing patience, and hope...

WTF Anycubic... I have to sit here and look at other people's gorgeous prints, and mine look like corrugated cardboard?

My first print on Photon... I don't see much details there and I believe it's because I did not do any clean -up or washing after the print is done.... I need an advice on post-processing.... And to be honest I'm thinking to sell this printer. I don't have too many really small/detailed parts to print and I forgot how messy it is (any sla actually).

This is first time I’ve split up one of my own models for printing. For this and other models the pieces never fit together without lots of trimming. What is the trick to getting resin prints to fit together?
