So guys, opened up my printer and found this. Pretty close to a failed print. Resin shortage. Printing the rims for Open Rc F1 build.

Is there a program I can run prints through before printing them to highlight islands? I've had nothing but failed prints lately on more complex prints and the only thing I can imagine is that it starts with some missed, unsupported spots.

I've used meshmixer and its supports but even that print failed. I'm getting sick of wasting resin.

Hey guys. Sorry if it's been covered but... I ordered this UV light for curing prints and I have it, but just realized after digging further into the info on Amazon that it emits 350-380nm UV light instead of 405nm.

I could have sworn I've seen others on YouTube using this same model. Should I send it bad and get something else or will it work but need just longer times? I don't quite understand the way the wavelength works.

So I decided to let something cure on the build plate for whatever reason and now I have cured resin stuck to the metal surface. Best way to remove? Acetone maybe?

How do i avoid leaving hols in the model while braking away supports ?
Doing it before the uv oven ? After ? Is it the size of the supports ?

my printer has been printing flawlessly since day one.

recently I am seeing something weird but it looks to me fine.

when it cures a layer and lifts from the fep it seems like it makes a popping noise and I can see the model actually jerk a bit. it goes right back into position fine for the next layer. this continues for the whole print.
its looks like it is overcoming the force needed to pull the part off the fep each time.

does this mean It is time to change the fep? I have printed about 25 items so far. all starting from center area.

fep is still clear.

models looks awesome when done.

My search finished failing me. Solutions for supports just not printing? They exist on the display and the slice preview, I used auto supports then added several more.
