Has anyone successfully replaced the cooling fan or modified it to run quieter? The Photon is a super DLP printer, but that fan noise is killing me! (growling two-tone buzzing sound when exposure happens)

My 4th print. My own design. 53mm long.
Excuse the crappy night time photos. Not used to dealing with tolerances at this scale. Any tips for creating tolerances that will allow one to print different parts as one? The wheels on this were suppose to be able to turn independent of the bike and the headstock was supposed to turn. I realise there was not much chance of excess resin getting out around the headstock shaft but I did make holes in the hubs so resin could drain from the wheels. The tolerances seem to be the problem there. How much does the resin shrink? ( this is the Anycubic green)

OK, this is killing me. I starting setting up my brand-new Anycubic Photon yesterday. I have now zeroed the Z axis and build plate five times, and every time the print failed. I followed the instructions and even went step-by-step with the video on the Anycubic web site. The only thing I have to show for myself is some used gloves and a batch of alcohol wipes.

The only thing that I can guess at is that the build plate is not perfectly centered in the LCD window, although it is aligned and does fit over the whole window. Any other suggestions?

Hey guys in my constant research of resin I found that autodesk ember resin which seems to have some nice resin for clear stuff. I dont know what's the curing nms for it but I was wondering if any of you guys tried it before I order some?
