Got a replacement power supply, tried slicing in different ways, tried a different thumb drive, even unscrewed the back and plugged the thumb drive directly into the circuit board. None of this worked.

At some point, seemingly on a random layer during or just after curing, the printer reboots itself. It's happened on the first row, it's happened after 100. It happens whether or not there is any resin in the vat. My very first print was succesful, but no print since has, and trying to reprint the same .photon file has died just like everythinf else.

Can anyone give me advice on what to try next?

well im new here just got mine yesterday, but from the first print im amazed. its just a deathclaw pulled off thingiverse but im a model maker and im sure im gonna have alot of uses for it in the future

Accuracy issue here.

Just printed an industrial part today with Anycubic Green resin for a client. Surface quality is superb. It's a 0.3 thick, 2cm wide, 6cm long piece printed with 45 degree and good supports underneath. I know the supports were good because it's a quite thin piece and the top/down face came as flat as they're supposed to be and it can be mount to an existing part (also 3d printed previously by a high-end nylon-metal powder SLS machine from Shapeways) perfectly.

The issue is the length is somehow extended more than 1mm strong, which is absolutely too much for industrial assembly. I re-checked the dimensions from the file and re-printed it again but the length is still more than the correct value. (There's actually an exactly same part printed by the SLS machine as well so it's easy to compare them two, and the SLS one turned out to be much more accurate)

Any thoughts about this? I know some resin printers have good accuracy/tolerance (usually marked as %) on X and Y axes but didn't do a good job on the Z axis. Is that the case on Photon? Is it the machine issue and happens on all resins with similar distortion or does it differ resin by resin?

Either way, is there any test print files available to test the accuracy on each single axis so we can compensate them before the prints?

Any info on timing for Wanhao orange? I used 10 seconds and got some great prints, but then I printed the thin, hollowed-out Rocinante from the Expanse (Thingiverse) and the walls thinned to holes.

But it's not on the spreadsheet, and I wondered if anyone had perfected that one?

Thinking about buying a photon.
How’s the quality of it?
Are prints stronger than FFF prints?
How do you price out prints?
How involved is it? Is it very challenging compared to FFF?
What environment do I need to keep it in? I heard smell was awful.
What else do I need to know.
