Tried another print with same model (my scanned head) yesterday. Followed Jack Sweek 's recommendation to avoid using water and to use the air compressor to blow the alcohol away.

Got better result here. Pictures with the new one one the right and the old one on the left (the one I posted pictures yesterday).

Two more questions:
(1) The new one has a defect on the back head near the opening. You can see it from two of the pictures. Looks like a gap created by a peeling force. Is that normal? Any way to prevent it? It concerns me because the detail and the thickness over there shouldn't be too challenging to the Photon. So if that happens all the time I'll be worried about the stability of the machine.

(2) The two long support to hold my ears were bent. What caused this and how to prevent it?

Why are my prints getting elephant foot ? I have large flat models to print and I cannot seem to adjust the flattened first layers out of it.. any tips ?

So I printed a 'group' and I guess I did not put the supports in correctly. Now I cannot get the models off the base plate. How would you suggest getting the print off the base plate?

When you don't want to spend money on those fancy UV panels, and have extra insulation and aluminium tape. Guaranteed not a single ray of UV will get in, and also it's protected against alien probing. ?

I just got back from my brother's just in time... My resin from Bucktown Polymers/ONE Technologies was delivered today!

It showed up in a metal gallon/4 liter metal can. It was packed pretty good, but the can was still dented. I'm going to need to clean out some of my old resin bottles so I can get this stuff in more manageable sizes. Now it's time to see how well this stuff works!
