Hi everyone, first time user with dlp. Over 3 years exp with fdm. I wanted to know, do u break of supports before cleaning with alcohol and curing with UV lights or after? Sorry for noob questions. Would appreciate any tips.

Been away from my Photon for a few weeks now (sorry, I know I promised a few of you some new projects!)

Coming back to it today, I noticed a greyed-out "Send" button in the slicer that I forgot about before. Which makes me wonder: does this imply that it's possible to hook the printer up directly to a computer and send it prints without needing to swap a USB stick back and forth?

Anyone try and see what happens?

Here are the last tests with the Russian resin known by Cherry, now winning one place in our resin settings spreadsheet:

Printer: Anycubic Photon with UVKit*

Constants :
Layer: 0,04
Off time: 1s
Bottom: 50s
Bottom layers: 8

Variable: Exposure time

Room Temp: 24~25ºC
Very fluid, allmost odorless and very easy to clean with IPA

*UVKit allow to have lights allways on and windows all open with the beautiful sun in all office ;-)

What have been done:
More 3 tests with 17s, 19s and 21s exposure time

I'll put some more comments in pictures and settings in spreadsheet because if I'm happy, you will be also happy.

These days I've tested the default Anycubic green, Wanhao black and clear and 3D-okay's black and grey.
Anycubic green and Wanhao resin works great, haven't had failed prints and I've used the default options. 3d-okay (or not okay): had 12 attempts so far, only one almost successful print but has some issues as you can see (Thanos) and on a few places support wasn't even connected. I've tested every setup in that excel sheet. To me that resin and the results look like it's watered down, everything is coming out without any volume, thin and see through. Most of the prints end up like on the images where support is on the plate and the rest if the print is in the vat. Any advices, should I try crazy exposures like 20+?
