I've received a new lead screw, but it's not align with the rail. So if i tight up the screw when the plate is at home position, the screw became loose when the plate is half the high of the printer.

Am i the only one with that problem?

Do these machines have a warranty? Ive only had mine a month and have already had to sink money into it. TWICE. This is not what was advertised, this is not Ok. What has happened? We all saw you guys as the best and within a few weeks to a month of us getting our machines they start breaking or having issues. I paid over 500 dollars for this machine and have now sank even more money into it in JUST A MONTH.

My memory stick that came with the printer has passed on, having problems finding one that works! Currently using an old 4gb drive - but I would like a spare. What are you lot using?

I received my Photon on May 4th. Since that time I managed to print for about 2 days then the screen broke. Two weeks later I received the replacement but went ahead and bought a third one just in case. I came home today after another 2 days of printing, with only 2 successful prints, and the LCD isn't working again. So, frustrated, I swap the new LCD out for the one I purchased. Got it all plugged up and it doesn't work either! At this point, this thing has been broken more than it has worked. There's got to be a quicker turn around for replacement screens to the US.

So, haven't seen any great discussion of Off Time(s) paramater and the correct setting. When I time what it takes to move the head up and down (when setting is set to 1 sec), it actually takes 4.7-5 secs. This gives a bad estimate on the slicer. When I did the same print but with a 4.7sec off time, I get an accurate estimate in slicer that matches the machine and reality. I think many people are confused that setting that number artificially low actually changes reality, and that is just not the case. The cycle to lift and replace is purely the time it takes the servo motor to move around the build platform.
