Hello,
I've been in contact with customer support from the 18th of April about my Photon. The bottom part of the lcd screen is flickering, I made a video of it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jYD_zaYMWY4
They sent me a new lcd firmware and made me check all connections, sadly this didn't fix the problem. Do you guys have any idea what this could be and how to fix it? I'm afraid the lcd panel is broken and that it needs to be replaced. Does anyone know where I can buy a new lcd panel? or does it need to be replaced by Anycubic? as I got this problem in the first week that I got the printer.

Anybody knows why this crack is happening? It looks like the layers are not sticking to each other. Overcuring? 0.025mm layers and 10 seconds normal exposure. No supports and/or raft.

Nice QC Anycubic! Had some cured resin on the LCD screen and discovered a ton of loose screws on the vat. Tightened those up and ran another and the same thing. Upon closer inspection there was a pin hole in the FEP sheet itslf. I'm hoping that results will be a little better now.

Check that resin vat out everyone. It's not a fun task to clean that screen of cured resin.

More problems...after putting the machine together to fix the banding issue, the home fuction won´t work. It just won´t stop and if I don´t hit the stop button it will crash the screen. It squeezes the thin aluminium piece that it is under the platform bracket and does not stop. No idea what to do now...this machine is starting to be a big piece on trash in my opinion...

First try with Monocure 3D Rapid Resin on the Photon. 90 second bottom layers with 11 second normal. Its only 55 in the garage, so I had to up the time. Man is resin printing so much better for detailed dungeon pieces over FDM.

I used to have HEAVY banding but I followed the anycubic video for fixing it and yeah, it fixed the heavy banding, but I still have some minor banding that really bothers me. Just visible in the front and back of the figure. The other two sides are flat. There are other artifacts but I believe it is because of over or undercured resin. How can I fix this banding? Maybe the screws in the back are too tight now?

Modeled a cross in a shape of a swan. I'll cast these in silver later. 35mm from the loop to the "tailfeathers" ? Had to tilt the print a little to show the detail.
