Ok first attempt at making supports after watching a couple videos, any advice? Not enough, too many, bad locations, bad orientation? Hollowed out in meshmixer with 2mm walls

Sooo not sure why sti. But vat got stuck to the screen, and stupid me think the screen was more secure then it was, popped off the screen. Along with the ribbon cable. Soo the ribbon cable is unplugged from screen.. The cable seems ok. Buuut how do you plug the cable back in? Or is it impossible.

still have prob getting anycubic resin grey to stick to plate, tryed few setting, from the chart, mmmm what you guys using for setting with anycubic grey. ???green had no probs,

Looks like the prints came out good, but still experiencing some support failures as seen on right center ? . Using wanhao green .05/20/1/60/8 any suggestions

Anyone know where to get more of the funnels in the same size that come from Anycubic?

I found ones on Amazon that I thought were the same but are way bigger. Before I redesign my funnel to handle those, I'd like to try and find the smaller ones.

Mr. UPS just showed up with my Photon. Mono cure gun metal gray resin arrived yesterday. PhotoCentric 3D resin is two doors down at the post office. Starting the weekend off with a bang!

I completed an unplanned experiment overnight.
I was printing some T Rex pieces and when I went to check the progress before going to bed I realised that I'd misjudged how much resin I had left. I was pretty sure I was going to run out of resin before the print was done. I had been printing with the Wanhao grey.
My options were to cancel the print, leave it to run and hope there was just enough for it to finish or...

I had a little Anycubic green left over in the bottle - not enough for a print, but what if I was to mix it into the vat?

So that's what I did, I paused the print, topped up the vat with the green, mixed the 2 together, and left the print to finish overnight.

And it worked perfectly. You can see where the colour changes, to the touch it feels the same throughout. Once primed & painted you'd never know.

Sadly, I'm just about out of resin, maybe enough for some of the tiny pieces to get printed. Can't wait for my monocure order to arrive so I can continue with the larger pieces and get this model built.
