Do you raise the bed before pouring in the resin, pour in while it is lowered, or does it not matter?

First print with a resin printer...

It has arrived. Now I have to wait until I get home from work.

I want to use it tonight, but my UV lights are on their way from China... question..

Can I print something tonight, for it to cure tomorrow? How long can a print go uncured?

Just had a brain storm sometimes you just need to see whats happening at the back of your print but there is no way to see back there well so how about adding a dentist type mirror on a stick to have a nose back there, that is all go about your regular scheduled printing folks....

Sometimes I forget that I bought this machine for practicing jewelry ;) Found this when I arrived home ;) 14h print @ .025 FTD snow white. Time for cleaning, will update with end result :P

Got my Photon Monday, printed the test cube, and just printed my first model with custom supports! Feel like I understand the pipeline a bit now. Thanks so much for all the great tips on this FB group!

Edit: used b9 creator software. Printed with the same settings as the test cube. Model is one part of this dope robot from Thingverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2749096

The more I research resin printing (as I wait for my Photon to arrive), the more I'm finding that all prints need to be primed and painted to prevent UV damage.

Does this mean you can't print translucent/transparent pieces with a resin printer?
