Happy to help. I seldom use Simplify3D because I like Craftware better. But there are a few situations where S3D has an edge on CW.

i think your print is good but i also think the guy who designed this STL did not make it easy for printing (especially the round arcs in the bottom ) therefore i designed the one i linked you to - i think it's cool looking and very easy to print (no support needed)
