Your spring is too tight believe it or not. Take the spring off the effector plate stretch it just a little bit. And put it back on. Give that a try I know it help for me

Hey Ash, yeah I've tried flexing the plate a few dozen times but doesn't seem to help, will have a try at stretching the spring itself. Cheers!

Giving the spring a good stretch did the trick ?

Why would increasing the spring tension fix that problem?

因為 s3d 還沒開始用，，就要先考慮 設定檔，，因為在用Cura 3.4 時，沒有設定檔，就踢鐵板了

ATOM 其實有此責任提供這類的支援.

我剛看了一下官方cura的設定檔好像換料回抽是設-150mm，那我先改成-150mm給你試試吧

可以自己新增一台列印機選Custom FDM printe,開始與結束G-code可以直接複製ATOM給的設定檔裏頭的就行,直接複製貼上過去.

我剛剛才試3.4.1,不過我的機器已改雙噴頭,所以直接給另存的設定檔提供使用因該不合用所以打住.

S3D 是商業軟體，有付費購買的人，該是找S3D要求吧？

我已經把所有跟S3D相關的檔案和文件打包好
交給 Hawke ChienSheng Liu 維護，以後就麻煩他了

- Atom 2.5 EX/FX FFF設定檔
- 設定檔補助進料gcode
- S3D後處理程式
- 說明和教學文件

I contacted funbiestudios.com before I posted here because the FFF file link on his page doesn't exist anymore. Thanks to 黃大丙 we now have a new FFF file :)

Hope to see the Atom3DP support section updated with these files as it will help alot of people using S3D

Sean Thompson S3D is comercial software. S3D should be responsible for providing the process profile as it already support ATOM 3D printer.

I also contacted S3D directly, they told me to contact Atom3D

如果你問我說誰應該提供FFF檔，我會說是Atom. Simplify3D好歹在列印軟體裏面也算是很有名氣的，不像Atom沒那麼多人知道。尤其是S3D的開發人員搞不好聽都沒聽過Atom, 更別說還得實際使用去實驗一些參數，要叫他們怎麼生設定檔出來啦
當然我不是說Atom有義務一定得提供這些檔案，不過不管是誰提供設定檔，最後得到好處的都是Atom的使用者，而不是其它品牌。

If you asked me who should provide the FFF, I would say 'Atom'. Because Simplify3D is a famous 3DP software, and not so many people know ATOM, especially the Simply3D developer they may even never heard of Atom, and they also need to do many test on a machine to have the correct parameters. How do they provide the settings without these?
Of course I am not saying Atom have the obligation to prove the files, but no mater who provide the files, It is a plus for ATOM users, not other 3DP brand.

Hawke ChienSheng Liu , hi, i have a 2.5EX and im using S3D, i tried looking into the funbie website, and i tried downloading the Google Drive files for the FFF files but with no luck... any chance i can get these files from you?
