Can't seem to get good layers on small prints where the layer is not a continuous movement. Extrusion seems to be erratic on these layers, but perfectly fine on the other parts
For medium and larger prints, there seems to be no issue at all.

Are all these models printed in one time?
It seems that cooling time isnt enough, that's why when mall feature was printed, it deformed from time to time.

You can try enable Prime pillar function which is in Support column. After finishing path it will print a pillar next to model, makes it easy to cool your model.
