Had a print stop in the middle of the night and reset to 1% on the display screen... ever since, all my prints have looked like the second picture. Any advice?

Any thoughts on why a print would come out like this? Looks pushed to the side on the head of the figure. Also all those layer lines. Z-wobble? Something else? Am i going to have to disassemble the printer to fix/align the bearings inside that run along the turning bar inside?
Any insights would be great!
