Hi guys, question about levelling

way. After home I go to 0.1 down and down until i can feel resistance in movements. I go down and the printer seems to be at the bottom, it does not want to go deeper but i can still easily move the platform. Is it normal and should i go now 3 times 0,1 up and save the z=0 ?
