Hello, I have been using the Photon for some weeks now with a fair success rate but for the last days I can't get consistent good prints, even using the same settings and same file, printer sometimes prints more or less OK and others (like in the image) are complete fails. I use anycubic grey, shake the resinand all the stuff, but I get this mess

any ideas why this is happening? thanks!
EDIT: added an image from chitubox (photon slicer doesn't want to show the pieces), the pieces are actually complete boxes but chitubox says the file is too big and will not show it completely... sorry for the inconvenience

EDIT2: added the test sheet, it was attached to the FEP film and not the metal plate
