Hi guys, I come to you once again asking for help.

Printing some floor tiles that are meant to go on top of Openlock bases, so its important they be perfectly square.

I've uploaded a picture of the model in Chitu, and then two of the non-square square that came out.

A third photo is one that came off my Ender 5 and is perfectly square.

Also put my print settings in.

Any ideas?

Resin, in my experience, isn’t super great for that sort of precision.

Have you try to print it flat directly on the plate ?

No, it would be pointlessly slow to do one at a time that way

you have to add supports. because the first print bottom exposure time is higger so the size would be tiny

So, I think my ball joint of my build plate is absolutely stuffed with resin, I can't loosen the screw at the top at all. Am I screwed or can I rescue it?

So I just tried to change my LCD screen, and just fired up the LCD test and it showed a full rectangle, and the fan sounded very angry. Though that last part might be because I've got the back off at the moment.

While installing it, I really struggled to seat the 'plug' on the motherboard. But I think I sat it in the right place, taped down. But the connection itself definitely seemed loose, with no way or tightening or setting it in place apart from the recommended tape.

Hi guys, I'm trying to do the Photon heater upgrade. I've been reading various posts on the topic and I'm sourcing the parts in the UK. Just want to make sure I'm getting the right stuff:
