This is the first time I've spent more time on painting a figure I printed on my Photon. The stl is from the Miniature Merchant Patreon.

Does anyone have any suggestion what might be going on with this? It's a flat model that I printed laying flat on the bed. It is as if it just didn't print the last mm or so. I thought it could possibly be the AA that messed it up, so I turned that down a bit and printed another one, but it came out exactly the same. I might expect a bit of banding at the top area if it is flat, but I am not sure why it is just not printing it at all. Any ideas? I would like to be able to keep this flat, if possible. Since it gives a very nice flat back, and it prints so much faster than if you angle it.

What is the thinnest you would recommend for wall thickness? I usually hollow to 1.2mm, but for the Predators face I accidentally hollowed before I reduced the size 50%. So it printed at 0.6mm instead. It seems to have printed ok, and it is pretty sturdy. But I am a little concerned that it might crack at a later date.

I printed these in Elegoo White (white just happened to be the cheapest color when I made my order at Amazon). I like the way it prints, but a drawback is that it's almost impossible to see imperfections in the print until after you have primed.

Had my first bigger issues -- a leaky FEP and a thin layer of cured resin all over the screen. Spent about 30 minutes scraping it clean - that stuff really sticks to it! But replacing the FEP was easier than I had thought, and I was up and running again within the hour. Printed these, and am pretty happy with them :) Used Siraya Tech resin - 50% blu and 50% sculpt.

This is how my latest print came out -- a lot of extra thin sheets outside the edge of the model. Anyone has any idea that might be causing this? It was sliced in ChiTuBox.

I am repositioning the model and reslicing in the Anycubic Slicer now to see if that works better.

I've had my photon for a couple of weeks, and have been printing a few smaller things without too many issues. But now I have run into my first bigger problem -- I am trying to print two busts side-by-side. One of them prints, but the other one does not want to stick to the plate. I tried both anycubic green and grey, and the left bust failed on both.
What confuses me is that one sticks but not the other while their setup is really the same. I used the heavy auto support in ChiTuBox and added manual support as well, mostly at the bottom front. Do I need to add a raft to anchor them better to the plate?
The 2nd bust did print, but with some issues as well. Do I need thicker supports? Longer exposure time? With the grey I ran it at 0025, bottom: 8, 65s, Exposure:10s, Light Off: 4s.
The green I did 0.025, 8 60s, 8s, 3s.
Or is the position I have them in the problem?
