What could cause two identical models - with one printing OK but the other failing? They were both printed at the same time, but one has a large missing part. the supports and rafts were printed under the missing part. (it's missing the lower right "leg" on the right model.

When is it not recommended to use Antialiasing? I don't see any cons of using it all the time as the print time is the same... Are there any drawbacks on using it? When would it be better to turn it OFF?

This is the second time I get this delamination on the raft. The print came out mostly fine because the part that lifted up wasn't connected to the part. But what causes this? Do I need to increase layer time?

On a scale from 1 to 10. How bad would it be if I printed something with these leftover semi cured parts still on the vat? They are reasonably soft.

The model on the right (castle) printed fine. The model on the left (hollow Behelit from berserk did not. was just a blob on the fep). Insufficient supports? Also, must one always empty and filter the fep after a failed print or just getting the larger resin parts enough?

While I wait for my printer to arrive, i've been looking for an ultrasonic cleaner. Any recommendations? I see there are sizes 600ML and up... What size is the recommended one for our build area ?
