I'm getting a weird effect which I can find no other examples of anyone getting. I've asked all over the place and no one has an answer.
Maybe someone on here can help.
I'm getting a weird blob/layer in the middle of my prints. It's not every print but it's becoming more frequent.

Each time it happens it's like it starts a new base layer, then makes vertical segments. They are not fully cured or hardened, they are soft to the touch.
I've tried lowering and raising the layer cure times from 8-20 secs. It happens at all layer cure times.
I have been through all the *.photon files afterwards using photon file validator and checked layer by layer and there is nothing corrupted in the files themselves.
I've re-leveled the build plate numerous times but that isn't the issue because the bottom layers of the actual print are sticking to the build plate just fine.
I've tried both the included USB and an aftermarket Kingston USB drive and it happens using both devices.
I have updated the machine to the latest firmware.
I've tried to contact Anycubic Support but they have yet to respond. The machine was purchased 1 month ago from Anycubic's Ebay Store.
Does anyone know the cause of this issue? Is it a faulty motherboard or LCD? I just haven't seen anyone else post pictures showing this weird vertical slice issue.
Edit: Added Pics of the issue I have discovered thanks to suggestions on here. Now I just need Anycubic to respond to my Service Ticket so I can get a new LCD.
