I have a certain problem for a while, my prints or most of my prints do not stick on the plate. Any suggestions ?

So I have the following problem. The printed model doesn't stay on the bed. It seems it doesn't stick on it at all, it sticks on the bottom and because of that it is not printing. I believe that the printer itself it's not calibrated, but I wanted to ask for other opinions before taking any action.

Hello! I just bought an anycubic photon and I have some questions about the supports. The basic supports of the anycubic slicer leave some dots/holes on the printed object. Are there any better settings or a better slicer with better settings for the supports. Some help will be appreciated.
