Hello group. Ive been goin through some trials with rubbery layers of resin happening on my film all around my print, and the orint still works with crap detail. Changed every factor besides my screen, but my screen looks great with the square, and with a file running. Is there a chance my screen is wrecked, but looks perfectly fine? Been 2 months since a crispy print and it might meet the storage unit. Lol

So can a screen be bad even if it shows 0 inconsistencies? Curing rubbery goo onto the vat. Models print, but come out blobby. Totally down for a new screen, but id rather not buy one if my printers trash lol got a new bottle of elegoo, crispy fep, flashed firmware, sacrificed a goat, and tried other resin.

anyone familiar with the different calibrator tests? i ran the suggested 50 micron test, but my #10 is under exposed, so i need a higher range test. thanks in advance. pic in comments

So ive been printing Dice for molds, and ive been having a particularly hard time with the d6 and d4s. theyre oriented tip down to a heavy post, and supported outward with mediums. the d6s have an elongated bottom tip which never seems to sand flat, and the d4s numbers on the top face end up shallow and less defined. Tried a few different working exposure settings and a couple of resins, and havent quite nailed those 2. Any tips?

Hi group. Thanks for all of your guys' help in the past and in advance. Been using Elegoo Grey for months with the same settings, getting great prints consistently. Lately, even on supportless minis, im getting a bit of rubbery cure around the target print area. There doesnt appear to be any issues with my screen, and i shook the bottle like crazy and let it sit for 5 minutes. Havent altered my approach other than releveling. This print was 2 supported dice, and the one on the right didnt fail other than warping (which ive never experienced before this bottle) But dont know whether to try a few things or buy different resin. Kinda ruling out a screen issue unless it can look fine and not be. The bit to the left of the darker fail is the anomaly. Thanks again!

TL;DR warping and extra rubbery curing outside print area. No visible issue with the screen.

Hey everyone. Ive been doin some dice for molds and such. I cannot for the life of me support a D6 properly. The bottom sides constantly bow (or do some other stuff that geometric words cant define). Is my only option gonna oversupporting it? I was anchoring the corner with a big fat heavy, and did several sets, but i havent had a 6 or 4 turn out in 2 weeks. Optimal Elegoo grey settings for geometric accuracy? Thanks a ton.

My Tribe. I need you.
So i ran into a few undercuring issues on bigger pieces, where it leaks and resin sits shining in the details. Couldnt tell it was happening, so i primed it and the primer has wiped away anywhere that was leaky. Any way to recure that and save these prints? Sun hasnt done anything for me. Stepping up my curing game before i do anything heavy duty again.

TL;DR: Save a leaky undercured print that you primed already like a jackass?
