There goes my first real test. It's from my umbrella academy model. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/RYOK3e

I'm pretty happy with the overall result, but i syill need to improve the placement of the suports in order to make the cleanup easier.

There is also a pronounced layer line near the base. The same acured to me with the teeth I printed for my wife. I don't think it is a stair step effect in play, here what my suspect is:

The visible line is located where there was a change in the contact area with the fep film. I think the greater the contac area, the greater the force aplied to detach the model from the fep. The vertical force aplied deformes the model in diferent amounts depending on contac area. I think thats why printing the model in angle aliviates the problem. It makes the contact area more even. My hunch to solve this is increase the exosure to make the resin less demormable and slow down the ascension of the build plate.

I did a test print today to help my wife with her dental stuff. It came out great. The only thing bugging me are those randon layer lines. Any clues on how to solve that? I'll maybe try printing in a 45 degree angle with suports next time.

Hi guys. Noob here. My first test print came out this way. One of the cube edges broke and some strange artefacts were printed inside. The corner I ended up breaking my self trying to remove it from the tray.

I already checked the level twice. Any clues toward what I did wrong.
