Good day all. I wounded if anyone has any suggestions. I have not been printing for the last few weeks as I had quite a few fails and got a little fed up. So I have now printed this file. The should have been 4 but 3 failed. I think my Z axis screw is slightly bent it's the second screw I have had. Any suggestions or advice would be welcome. Also had some weird print fail on the book case I printed aswell.

What have you done? Are the failed prints stuck to the bottom or free floating?

Stuck to the bottom... only the initial few layers seem to have printed. It's not the first time. I really do think its my printer. It had a faulty Z screw when I unboxed it and they sent me a new one which was ok for a few weeks then it started print failing again...

i had the some problem in the beginning. Make sure your resin is warm enough, sufficently mixed and have a higher exposure time on the first few layers. I went from 50 to 90. That solved ot for me. Also level the plate again. Maybe that helps

Just wondering what even spaced layer lines mean? Is my Z Axis off??

Hello, I wondered if somebody could give me a little advise. I have been 3d printing for just over a year now. Got my Ender 3 in December 2018 (lots of mini and terrain). I wanted to print more detail on my minis so I also bought the Anycubic Photon in December 2019. My cube test print failed slightly, the Z axis screw was quite bent... not good. So I emailed customer support and they sent me a replacement. I changed the part and my next test cube came out fine. I have now printed about 30 minis but have noticed that they have layer lines and it seems to be getting worse. I have moved the Photon away from my Ender 3 just in case the vibrations where unsettling the resin and there has been no change. I have also noticed slight movement of the Z Axis screw (I think). I have re-leveled the bed a few times as one time the print bed had shifted so much that the front had risen by about 2mm. Hence the re-leveling of the bed. Sorry for the essay but I wanted to provide a fully view of my experience so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
