Moved my prints from 0.05 to 0.02 but now the supports have become incredibly difficult to remove vs almost falling off before, is there a setting that can help with how difficult they've become?

Depending on what support software you use, you can decrease the head diameter / penetration depth. Also soaking in warm/hot water for a minute helps.

Whit 0.02 is better? High resolution of printer?

With the same exposure time? Then you were probably underexposing at 0.05mm and are now overexposing at 0.02mm.

Getting ready to replace the screen in my printer for the first time, any tips or tricks before going into this?

it isn't too difficult, just an unfun number of screws

Watch the tutorial a few times and you'll be fine, and I agree with Sean , there is way too many screws!

4 screws is too many?

It's a very easy task, just take your time. Make sure you mark up which screws come from where. be gentle with the cables, they should come out easily. And yeah, youtube is your friend.

Jason Rowell

Nope, my guess is the screen just giving out.

Jonathan Greenberg

Jonathan Greenberg I've had mine for about 3 months now. Not sure other's experiences. Mine has been running pretty much 80% of the time since I've had it.

Mini bases printed directly on the build plate, no idea where this extra flat piece came from, any ideas?

Hey guys! Got my printer back at the beginning of the month and after a frustrating few days (Close your window, it is winter and resin doesn't like being cold!) I finally have my printer up and working properly.

The biggest question I have is what is your preferred method for removing supports from a print without damaging the print?
