Hi guys. Sorry to bother again! I've been having quote a few successful prints, but I've noticed something.

On each model I always print a raft for adhesion to the plate. There are then supports beneath the full model. That said, the supports under the lowest point of the model never seem to print, so the lowest point is always submerged. The supports also seem to clip/shift oddly (highlighted in red). Picture attached. Does anybody know what the cause of this is?

I'm using the slicing software that came with the printer and wonder whether switching to Chitubox might fix this.

So, through trial and error, I finally managed a successful print at 50 microns! I got curious, and took the same file (a Mechwarrior miniature) and altered settings from 0.05 to 0.02mm, and exposure from 9sec to 6sec. The print failed.

Now I'm fairly sure that the reduced layer height will be the cause but I'm struggling to understand why and when I search, all I can find are either related items for sale or unrelated queries being answered.

Could anybody help please?

Hi guys. Could anybody help me please? I got an AnyCubic Photon this weekend and no matter what I do, I can't get a successful print. I've tried using rafts, recalibrating numerous times to make the fit as snug as possible, I've even changed the FEP, tightening it to slightly more than how it came out of the box. My prints seem to complete the raft, and then somewhere along the road the whole thing gets pulled off and I find it attached to the FEP. It normally does maybe 3/4mm before failing. Could anybody suggest what might be the issue please?
