Hello All!

I recently purchased the Anycubic Photon. I currently used Autodesk 3DS Max for my design software. I am trying to print various parts in 1/87th scale. I use my caliper to measure the sizes and replicate them into 3DS. When I go to print, i end up getting nothing because its so small. Any tables or tricks to get things the right size for 1/87th Thanks!

Got a photon last week and finally got around to setting up, also my first 3d printer ever so I'll probably have a bunch of noob questions. Just wanted to check and see if got an actual Photon and the so called "fauxton". Also any tips would be appreciated.

Got an issue with my Photon Classic today. The Z motor seems to not be working. I hear something but the rod is not moving. Any luck this can get fixed with a quick firmware update?

I just backed this 3D scanner. Future, here I come!

Ive Never used a 3D scanner, scans from these are promising I think. They scanned a golf ball and that looks pretty good. Time to improve my meshmixer skills and see if I can duplicate some random stuff in the nearby future...

Anyone else in on this? So many people, cant imagine being the only one here.

Replaced my FEP today for the second time in two days (REALLY screwed up the first time). Got a print going now but i think the tension is too high. We'll see in a few hours.

How about the ventilation / extractors you are using? Any ideas how does the air flow, pressure and temperature changes affect to printing? Or does it even really matter?

Been reading a little about heaters installed into Photon printers. Does heating the resin and build area actually help make better prints? Im ok with spending the money and making the effort it it will help.
